What an awesome product! Very well constructed and roughly the size of a typical water bottle, so easily fits in my carry on bag. The digital temp display on top of the bottle is perfect!! 🩷🩷

Outstanding. Use it all the time when I travel to safely transport my insulin pens. When you get to where you going just put the whole thing in the refrigerator. The ice pack stays cold enough for an 18hr trip.

I've been looking for a reliable insulin cooler for travel, and this is definitely a contender. I give it 4 stars because it largely delivers on its promise of keeping insulin cool for extended periods, but it's not without a couple of minor drawbacks. What I Liked: Long Cooling Time: This is the big one. I tested it with the included ice packs (following the instructions carefully), and it truly did hold the temperature within the specified range for a significant amount of time. This is a huge relief for longer trips and peace of mind knowing my insulin is protected. I'd say it lasted very nearly the advertised 60 hours, which is fantastic. Well-Built & Durable: The case feels sturdy and well-made. The materials seem high quality, and I feel confident it can withstand being tossed in a bag without damaging my pens. The zipper is smooth and the overall construction inspires confidence. Temperature Monitoring: The built-in thermometer is a great feature. It allows me to easily check the temperature inside the case and ensure my insulin is staying within the safe range. It's much better than guessing! Compact Design: While it holds 3 pens, the case isn't overly bulky. It fits reasonably well in my travel bag without taking up too much space. Included Ice Packs: The ice packs are designed specifically for the case, which is helpful. They freeze quickly and seem to hold their temperature well. What Could Be Improved: Pen Size/Compatibility: This is my biggest concern. While it says it holds 3 pens, I found it a bit of a squeeze with my [mention your specific insulin pens if you use a common type, e.g., NovoLog pens]. I had to be careful not to force them in, and I worry about potential damage to the pens or cartridges over time. Measure your pens carefully before purchasing to ensure they will fit comfortably. Instructions Could Be Clearer: The instructions for preparing the ice packs and using the case could be a bit more detailed and user-friendly. It took me a couple of tries to get everything set up correctly. A simple video tutorial would be a great addition. Price: While the performance is good, the price is a bit on the higher side compared to other insulin coolers on the market. However, the long cooling time may justify the cost for some. Overall: This is a solid insulin cooler that delivers on its promise of long-lasting cooling. The build quality is excellent, and the temperature monitoring is a valuable feature. However, potential buyers should carefully measure their insulin pens to ensure they fit comfortably within the case. If you need extended cooling and your pens fit, this is a worthwhile investment. Just double-check the dimensions before you buy!

I bought two of these (one in white and one in blue) for my husband and I to travel with our glp-1’s. They were easy to use and I liked that they were big enough to hold our meds and supplies. We honestly could have put all 4 of our vials into one. It came in handy to have the temperature gauge included so we could ensure our meds remained at the correct temperature. The ice packs remained frozen for 9-10 hours and was easy to get through TSA. I think this is a good value for the money and that these will last for a long time.

Worked perfectly—even after nearly 24 hours of international flying and connections, my GLP-1 meds were perfectly cool. Passing through airport security times in three countries, I was only asked about it once. The moment I said the word “medicine” I was waved through. It’s not tiny, but slimmer than most major water bottles annd fit easily in my carry-on backpack. Excellent, priced right, worry free.

This works very well at keeping pens cold while traveling without any issues. Easy to use, effective and lasting for multiple days without refreezing being necessary. I just wish it could hold more pens. That's the only reason I'm knocking off one star here. Otherwise, fully recommend!

Absolutely perfect, used it for long flights and served me well for upto 48 hrs.

I purchased this cooler for emergency power outage situations more than travel. The quality of this cooler flask is obvious as soon as you open the package. All components are well made, sturdy and look good as well.. It's definitely not a cheap option but certainly is a great low-tech answer to insulin pen temporary storage. Decided to test the cooler before i completed the review. I managed to fit the BioGel, five Ryzodeg pens in comfortably as well as the thermometer. No way it would fit seven but that was not a criteria for me. I'm quite happy to keep five disposable pens cooled for emergency periods or travel. That is more than enough for my needs. Temperature in flask was approx 4-6 degrees Celsius initially and remained unchanged when checked after 12 hrs. It's now 18 hrs and is the same temperature. Have no reason to expect the flask will not achieve its stated cooling period of up to 60 hrs. If it remains temperature consistent for another day or so it will be more than sufficient to satisfy my needs and justify the purchase cost. I'm already considering buying another BioGel bottle for a spare. Overall i'm extremely happy with this item.
