Will this work for 60 grit sanded down old formica dinner table that will be top coated with Behr paint and primer and then stonecoat epoxied?

Hi Jim, PRO-999 Rx-35 is formulated to seal porous surfaces like drywall and joint compound. As Formica is a non-porous, sealed surface, PRO-999 may not be the best primer option for this project.
