No, this paper does not have tabs.

does it bend, or curl up over time if you dont put it in a frame?

I have not had that problem with the photo papers. If you keep them flat, they shouldn't curl/bend

can you print on the back? I want to print something similar to a postcard

No, you can not print on the back of the Cannon photo paper. It has the Cannon water mark and may not be thick enough.
