Review: Comfy Loungewear - These joggers are great to relax in at home or even run a few errands on a lazy day. They fit well if you are looking for a snug fit or tapered pant legs. I’ve had them for a few months now and I haven’t noticed any wear or tear like other reviews have mentioned. As long as you take care of them like you would for most other clothes, they will last. A few things to note as a suggestion and a warning to anyone considering this purchase: 1. The ankles are very tight. It’s relatively easy to slip your feet into them, however, it’s usually a hassle for me to take them off. I wear a size 10 in US men’s shoes, so that is average for most adults. It’s not a deal breaker for me, but maybe it’s because I ordered small joggers. Be warned if you’re taller and/or have wide feet. 2. There is no back pocket. I love that the joggers come with zippers for the front pockets. Since the pockets are pretty roomy, it allows for the security that nothing will fall out in case you are going for a jog or laying down on the couch. However if you’re planning to go to the store or go out, you won’t find a back pocket to place your wallet or other items. I personally, prefer a back pocket on all of my bottoms, but it’s not a big deal unless I have a lot of things I’m traveling with. 3. The stitching can be uncomfortable to those with sensitive skin. Most people won’t be too bothered by it, but the stitching above the knee and behind the calf are fairly noticeable when you wear them. I’m honestly not sure what the purpose of those stitches are, but I think the joggers could easily do without them. Overall, I’m glad that I bought them since they are my go-to jogger of choice. Definitely better than regular sweatpants and perfect to relax in during the cooler months. Review: Best pair I own - It has now been about 20 days since I first started testing the cruise joggers. They are hands down the best pair of joggers I own. They are super comfortable and I love just lounging around in them. The cruise joggers are great for working out in especially if you like to sweat a bit. They conform very well to my body and are extremely flexible. I usually don’t like to lift in joggers but these are an absolute game changer for me. The material is super soft and very flexible. I have only worn them about half a dozen times but the durability of the material also seems to be really good. The zipper pockets are very nice to have especially while working out I can even begin to count the number of times that my phone has fallen out of pocket while working out. I’m 6” and about 160 lbs or 72kg and I got a large. They are the perfect size for me the cruise joggers are a great length. My waist is a 32 and they fit very nicely around my waist. It’s really nice because the joggers are not too clingy like a lot of pairs and they are also not too baggy they are very balanced in terms of that.

Superb Fabric But Poor Dimensions - Boxy, Excess Fabric in Crotch
I bought these Men’s “Cruise Sweatpants Joggers” from Contour in Heather Gray, Size Small. I’m 5’ 8” and 110 pounds with a slim build and slim waist. Overall, I really liked these! In my vocabulary, I would call these more of “Sweatpants” — but not the thick, inflexible cotton of our childhood days. This is a great, soft, and flexible fleecy cottony material—not the smooth polyester material of Contour’s Hydrafit or Mechanical Stretch Joggers. This will be great for chillier weather and running outside in the autumn or winter. The material isn’t too thick, but would suffice for 50-60 degree F weather. In terms of sizing, these run a little long in the legs (as compared to Contour’s Hydrafit or Mechanical Stretch Joggers). These sweatpants in size small had a leg length of about 31”, I would estimate. Thighs are flexible and not tight, but if you have skinny slim thighs like me it’s okay — elastic enough where it’s not baggy in the thighs. There are no back pockets. The 2 side pockets are fairly small — can fit the iPhone X but I have doubts about anything bigger. My least favorite part is that these pants are, as all of Contour’s pants, way too boxy in the crotch area—not the thighs, but the crotch. There is just too much fabric, creating an unflattering look with bunching. Calves have more breathing room and are a bit wider than other Contour products, but not baggy and remain slim down the pant leg. Moreover, the drawstring straps don’t do much to tighten—the waist is a bit large (I would estimate small to have a 30” waist size, my best guess). I usually wear 28”, but the drawstrings don’t do very much. Where the drawstring does tighten the pants, it creates this unflattering bunching up in the crotch area that doesn’t pair well with the too-long crotch dimensions. Feedback to manufacturer—please, please revisit the crotch proportions and shorten it up. Moreover, could you please make an extra-small for those of us who have a slimmer, smaller build?

High-quality joggers!
Overall, these joggers are amazing! They're moderately thick joggers, so they keep me warm but I don't get too hot either. Despite this, they are still relatively lightweight and very comfortable. The material is soft and pleasantly stretchy, making them great for workouts while also giving that slim, tapered look. I also like the ankle cuffs that hold the bottom of the legs in place and finish the tapered look. The zippered pockets are a subtle but nice feature as well. I am 5'10" 170lbs and Medium fits me well. For the quality of jogger I've received, I would say it's worth the $33 purchase (in fact, I would even say this is comparable if not relatively cheaper than other competing brands of high-quality joggers). I would like to see more color options in the future. My only complaint is that the groin area just below the drawstrings feels a little bit baggy to me. It's not a big deal in my opinion, and it may just be the way that I fit into these joggers, but it is something that I have consistently noticed when wearing them.

Very comfortable sweatpants with incredible zippered side pockets!
Have your worn typical sweatpants where your wallet, keys, and phone constantly fall out of your pocket? Contour Athletics took care of this problem by introducing zippered side pockets! Now I don't have to be so paranoid about losing stuff all the time. I really like these sweatpants. When I first tried them on, I immediately noticed metal-tipped drawstring to help get a custom fit around the waist. This was a nice change compared to the really cheap elastic waistbands you see with other sweatpants. The waistband is also the same material as the rest of the pants, the cotton-polyester blend, and this feels really nice against the skin. It doesn't ever get too tight and dig into your hips since the drawstring always gives a perfect fit. The hems at the bottom of the pants taper in and give a tighter fit around the ankles. I like this because it gives the pants great mobility, but will not get in the way at the bottom. I purchased the "Small" size, and at 5-foot-3 inches tall, I can say the pants are a bit long. However, it looks fine to bunch them up above the hems. Overall, I really like these sweatpants by Contour Athletics. The waistband is comfortable on the hips, and I like the custom-fit I get from the drawstring with the metal tips. The cotton-polyester blend feels really nice against the skin, and I absolutely love the zippered side pockets so I'm not losing all my stuff. The pants do run a little long, but I found bunching them up above the hems at the bottom doesn't ruin the look. Having that extra space gives me more mobility when doing certain movements and bending my knees. Great job on these pants, Contour Athletics, I would definitely purchase them again!

Threads of Fury: Joggers That Joggers That Turned My Walks into Wardrobe Malfunctions
Imagine this: you're excited to slip into a comfy pair of new joggers, ready to relax or hit the gym. But instead of blissful ease, you're met with an enemy unlike any other: ankle-tight fabric determined to entrap your feet. That's exactly what happened with these Contour Athletics joggers. Putting them on wasn't a smooth journey; it was a tug-of-war, a contortionist act, a battle royale between man and unforgiving fabric. Each pull felt like I was trying to wrangle a rabid raccoon onto my legs, minus the adorable factor. And the Rips Came Calling (Again): As if the ankle assault wasn't enough, these joggers followed the script of their shredded brethren. One brand new, the other a seasoned veteran of a few walks, both decided to spontaneously develop dramatic leg openings. So much for "durable" and "built to last." They had the lifespan of a mayfly at a heavy metal concert. The Verdict: These joggers are the sartorial equivalent of a booby trap. If you enjoy the sensation of angry fabric constricting your ankles and the thrill of spontaneous wardrobe malfunctions, then by all means, buy them. But for anyone who values comfort, ease, and clothes that, you know, stay together, steer clear. Rating: -10 out of 5 stars (negative stars because pants shouldn't declare war on ankles). This review comes with a free stress ball for anyone brave (or foolish) enough to consider these joggers.

Great cut that fell apart too soon.
The cut is great. A contemporary taper cut, not the old gym baggy style. The ankle fit is a bit tricky. Nice colors. The material is, unfortunately, not up to the task. It is a treated, short staple cotton wrapped around a polyester scrim. It fails to hold up. It is NOT the fault of the sewers; the material is not of sound spec. My former neighbor used to work for the GAP as a traveling material purchasing agent . He said I had a good eye and a good head for this type of work. Cannot recommend at this point, although I think this company has potential!

Best Value, comfortable and well made pants
I’m a guy and have been searching for a pair of pants that are well made, comfortable and don’t cost a fortune. I like the Virus pants but they’re just too expensive. Here comes Contour Athletics. Just wow! The color selection is nice, the pants have all the traits I like and the price is right! Plus zippered pockets! Yasss!! There’s no back pockets in these which is fine as I do a lot of rowing and the zipper may stab my buttcheeks over time and they’re sore enough as it is rowing 10,000m a week! My only issue (not worth removing a star) is a size chart. I reached out to the seller Amcrest Direct and they said they will add one but never did. I believe that is because, while I also reached out to Contour Athletics directly on their Facebook page, they said they do not even have a size chart available. Can you believe that? No size chart! I was baffled... So, this issue isn’t on Amcrest Direct. I ended up buying two different sizes (Large and X-Large) and returning the one that fit the least well. I measured my waist and I’m at 38 and I’ve got a huge butt, so the large was the best fitting for me. I also got the extra large but it was too big in the legs as in, it wasn’t a nice tight fit I like around all the areas. Let’s just say if my butt doesn’t look good, I’m not buying it. A word of caution. As others have mentioned, the pull cord is sturdy with nice solid metal ends to tighten and loosen the pants but it is rather short which is both good and bad. Good because it doesn’t get in the way if you don’t like to tie them together but bad if you pull the waist too far out to get some air in your pants after an intense workout or just when taking them off or maybe in the washer or dryer, you’ll lose one of them inside the pants and it’s frustrating to get out. It’s like losing the pull cord in a hoodie; super annoying to thread it through cm by cm. I have tied a knot on the ends of mine to avoid the problem altogether. Overall, I love these pants and I’m going to buy more in some other colors. I also bought their shorts and they’re nice as well.
