Restless legs is a complex sleep is disorder and it’s hard to tell what’s really working and what isn’t working, but this magnesium I think is a good component of helping keep the restless legs away.

This is an excellent product with Magnesium Glycinate, which I've been using for at least two years. It's much easier for my body to absorb, with no adverse side effects that can result from other types of magnesium. I'm able to take two full doses of 400 mg a day.
