Honest review from someone with spinal damage and atrophy. Percussion/deep tissue massagers are dime a dozen and many are worthless, if i need a serious deep tissue massage that hurts and leaves bruises but at the same time provides relief from atrophy and stiff tendons I use my Theragun. The Theragun can be used in a lighter massage but tends to sting the skin, bounce on your body and leave you wondering why you did that. The RENPHO provides a more comfortable massage that you can do all over your body such as face, neck and more sensitive areas. The RENPHO will provide deep massage and a productive light massage without causing pain or discomfort when used properly, it is a secondary massager for my needs that I use when I simply want to massage and loosen my muscles comfortably. The handle is great for reaching my back and feet easily, the heads are good but I don’t use the ball head without lotion because it doesn’t glide over skin very well when dry, the other heads are perfect for pinpointing and massaging a specific muscle without discomfort. For the price the RENPHO is a excellent product if taken care of, it’s lightweight so if you drop it a few times or carelessly toss it around it may not last long, I tend to take care of my medical equipment since I use them several times a day and don’t want to repurchase something I really like due to neglect. The POWER button,,,,when turning the massager on and off the power button senses the warmth from your finger, simply hold your finger on the button (don’t mash the button repeatedly) and after a couple seconds the massager powers on. Once powered on the button will change speed with a light tap of the power button (don’t mash it) as needed, when you want to turn off the massager simply put your finger on the power button for a couple seconds until it turns off. The power button is thermal NOT a pressure type button so don’t mash it and your massager will work and perform as expected. If my ether of my deep tissue massage guns broke I’d by the EXACT same one again or it’s current replacement, I’ve used many other brands and have the exact TWO I need after many uses of other brands. I love the different attachments for what you need. It really works on the areas you need and can give you the pressure you need. The only issue I had was the first unit I had wouldn't stay in the locked position. It kept extending when I didn't want it do extend. I returned that one and the replacement works great. It isn't very heavy and easy to use.

I’m in PT for a back/neck jury and they use a massage gun. I wanted one for home so badly but there are so many I didn’t know which to choose. I’m 100% satisfied with this product. It feels exactly the same as the professional one at PT. It’s lightweight and easy to use the extension. I like that the extension is removable because I can reach most of my back comfortably without it (but it does help in that one spot I can’t get to!). Excellent packaging as well. The word “mini” in the product details concerned me a bit, but the only thing mini I see in this product is the actual mechanism - which makes it much lighter and easier to use. It packs a punch, excellent performance, durability and quality for a great price. I definitely recommend this above the others.

I ordered 4 different back message guns. Three of them were different brands of the gooseneck variety. The goosenecks have a rather thin curved neck with the message head attached to the end. I quickly discovered that the gooseneck designs are seriously flawed. One arrived DOA. They were underpowered, stalled out easily and the necks flexed. They were simply bad and a waste of money. The 3 were sent back. Whereas, this Renpho Reach is vastly better. Pros: 1. 4 message heads 2. 5 different speeds 3. Auto mode: The harder the pressure applied, the higher the RPMs. This is a 6th 'speed' essentially. 4. 22-pound stall force. Far better that the others that I mentioned above. 5. Up to 3-hours of battery-life per charge 6. USB-C charging port 7. Touch-screen on-off button 8. Detachable handle. With the handle removed, it can be used as a conventional message gun. Con: 1. The massive logo on the sides of the message gun are rather tacky and garish looking. It performs as advertised, which is quite well. My back thanks me daily for being pampered. Now i message my own back, whenever I want. No assistance from another person is required. This back message gun is a keeper. I highly recommend it. Grade: A

Had a more expensive massage gun and gave it to a grandson. Wanted another but didn't want to pay that price again. Then I came across RENPHO Massage Gun with Detachable Extension Handle, Percussion. Deep Tissue Massage Gun. It is wonderful! What I love: 1) Price was right. 2) Variety of massage heads. 3) Massage heads easy to put on and off. 4) Excellent "deep" massage/vibration - feels so good and gets that blood moving - feet, hands, shoulders, hips, legs, arms, wherever. 5) Easy to use on those acupuncture areas/spots they tell you are linked to other organs and areas of the body (saves my old hands from having to do a deep massage). All around I am very happy with my purchase and with the "extender" on it actually makes it easier to handle in many cases.

L’ho presa principalmente per sciogliere una contrattura al trapezio e già dal primo utilizzo ho sentito un miglioramento evidente. La consiglio assolutamente a chi pratica sport o soffre spesso di contratture: pratica, efficace e davvero utile nella routine di recupero muscolare.

Después de un dia de uso, todo perfecto, es potente, solo 5 velocidades lo que para mi es un pro, no tienes que estar graduando entre 20 o 30 velocidades y que se te haga tediosa y se te quiten las ganas de usarlo. El brazo extensible es un extra que va perfecto para llegar a partes de la espalda. Este es uno de los motivos por lo que lo compre ya que es principalmente donde lo quiero usar. La bateria por el momento bien, pero hay que ver como responde después de meses de uso si sigue durando lo mismo. He comprado varia de otras marcas que no tenian potencia suficiente y las revoluciones de quedaban cortas, eran lentas. Lo he cogido de oferta a unos 43 euros y creo que por eso precio es mas que suficiente. Como contra lo único es que es algo grande para transportar a cualquier lado.

I read reviews before buying this - I have chronic back pains stemming fro a broken vertebrae in a motorcycle mishap some years ago - not riding, but trying to lift up a Goldwing that had fallen when parked in a soft field! I know that this will not cure my osteoarthritis - nothing will - but it does help to relieve the pain. Mostly I read great reviews - which is why I bought it, but I always take a look at the negative reviews.as well . there were not many, but some complained about very poor battery life before needing a recharge. If it was so, then I think the company has addressed this. The packaging even states "Improved battery life. I have had mine a few days now, charge it only once when I first got it and so far the indicater has yet to show less than a full charge. If there was a problem before, I believe it has been addressed by the manufacturer. A couple of issues I would mention - but neither are deal breakers - are as follows. (1) It has an extension handle which is a great feature and that is the main reason I bought this unit. But if using it, be careful to keep your hands away from the handle release button or you could wind up holding onto just the handle while the device falls off! I did ..... just once, then I learned. (2) As someone mentioned before, if you use two hands on the device as I do sometims, the speed / on-off control buttons are in a position where you could easlly trigger a change inadvertently when using the device. That happened to me when I first tried it. No big deal - after doing it once or twice you will learn! Happy with my purchase and would buy again! Neither of these issues should change your mind from buying - just thoughts that could make it even better! More than happy with it! as is though. Thx to the manufacturer /supplier - Love it!
