I got next day delivery (Prime) for the ENET OBD cable. My computer is without CD-rom, so i can not use the packed DVDs to install the softwares although seller listed the software passwords. But all of this is not important, because the seller also provided software download link and installation guide.I followed the installation instructions provided, no problems there, and i did some googling to find out how to use the E-Sys software to reset the airbag warning. It took 6 minutes or so to connect my laptop to the car run the software and clear the fault - hence i must give 5 stars for seller services, amazon delivery time, and this ENET OBD cable quality.

Cable and software do what I need for 2016 228i. Great, quality cable
This cable is very well made. It doesn't look or feel cheap. I use it to connect to a 2016 BMW F23 228i and it has worked for inpa, e-sys, ista+ and any other software I have tried. The software takes some time to install because of large file sizes. There is no getting around the file sizes, just the way it is. This cable and software do what they claim and is one of the better quality cables I have seen.

Not useable by average person
Product arrived with 5 disks, no instructions, no software, and no list of the contents of the disks. Still have not been able to use this cord or successfully download useable software. I ended up ordering a blue tooth connector.

Really nice quality cable. Used it to have Steve at codemybimmer.ca remotely marry a replacement head unit in my X6M. No issues, saved me a ton of money.

Terrible support
Basically just buy this for the cable, still not sure if it even if works. The software that they send is terrible and available for download in multiple places. There are NO instructions. Just a bunch a disks with .rar files. I messaged them to ask for a little guidance or where to find a video or anything to help with install and they replied "put disk in computer and put file on computer". Worthless.

Works on BMW 230i
I'm using this along with Bimmercode app on my Samsung S10 phone and a USB -c to RJ45 adapter cable. Works well. Did not use the included software CD's so cannot comment on those.
