When you have a big meal with lots of carbs and sugar, have a drink of this and you will feel a lot better. Yarrow has long been used to treat digestive issues like ulcers and irritable bowel syndrome. In fact, this herb contains several flavonoids and alkaloids, which are plant compounds known to relieve digestive complaints. Pregnant or breastfeeding should not ingest yarrow, as it can trigger miscarriages and affect the menstrual cycle. Am currently breastfeeding so I would start taking it afterwards.

it tastes like something that would be tea, and i always subjectively felt better after drinking it than i did before although i have no idea why. apparently its healthy? no idea, can't make any claims. its a plant of some sort.. so.. probably?
