Nongshim Shin Ramyun has been one of the most consistently satisfying instant ramen options I’ve tried. UUUgh I'm full and happy. Was going to wait till I had a bowl without add-ons but whatev. It's delicious. Probably will be a staple in my kitchen from here on out. Didn't need all the water that package recommends when it came time to make my bowl so I poured some out, glad I did, otherwise I wouldn't be able to breath righ now. If you're a broth drinker I recommend to do the same. Texture - no problems, doesn't feel like I'm eating top ramen or the other super cheap types. Similar but better. Flavor - Nice and spicy but it doesn't linger to too long. Definitely very salty so I'll probably cut back on the "base" flavor packet most times. The other little packet added nice character. Pro tips- add an egg the second you start heating up the water, by the time soup is cooked, boiled egg is ready. Mash it up in there for flavor, texture and protein. Also add some veggies or leftovers and you'll have a fun budget meal.

The noodles are chewy and the broth is flavorful, but it is pretty spicy. Overall a good instant ramen, especially if you enjoy heat.

Love this ramen. One of my favorites. Spicy.I only use half the spice packet and add asisn black vinegar with some sugar. Allow it to sit a couple of minutes before eating. Really good.

Super product, can only use 1/2 of flavor pkg. too hot for me…
