No way to turn them off
I like that they’re small and magnetic. But the instructions are in Spanish on both sides (and identical), so I had to ask a coworker how to reset the timer. Hold minute and second together, by the way. The thing that really bumps it down to a 2, though, is that there’s no way to turn these off without removing the battery. So you’re constantly wasting it unless you want to open it up and take the battery out. It’s really irritating. I don’t know if I’m going to return these yet or keep them for my classroom.

Great for the classroom!
Update: I've had these timers for a few months now. 5 have stopped working. Still happy with purchase even with the few that no longer work. The covers for the batteries fall off very easily. I have had to put tape on the backs to keep them from falling. I have lost a few backs, but have been able to continue using the timers after taping. Timers are as described. They are small and a little fragile, but work well. My second graders have been using them for a few weeks now. One had lost the back for the battery (still works with tape). Another one stopped working ( but looking into a battery replacement). Thy are cheap, but worth it for classroom use. Great buy teachers!

Perfect for my needs
I purchased these to use in my classroom. They are easy to use, they have a magnet, so they stick to a desk, the numbers are big, and the price was right. Score!

Won’t shut off
You can’t shut these off. They stay on constantly. Purchased these to use in our library. They aren’t great quality.

Break way too easily
I like the design of the timer and the magnet at the back is very useful.However, the timers break way too easily. one drop and they are gone. a few of them arrived broken.I've been using them now for 2 weeks in my classes and already 10 timers out of 20 total are broken.Very disappointing.

Easy for my students to use. Only complaint is the battery falls out easily, had to tape it on.
