Review: Awesome. Easy to use. Read and program sensors while in the wheels - You should get this over the hand held. Not only is cheaper but also you see everything on the large laptop screen. I bought a set of Autel MX sensors and brought to the tireshop. They said they can't read or program it and offer me some Schrader sensor for $60 a pop. Makes me think they purposely try not to program it to sell their own at a huge mark up. I told them to install the sensor anyway. I was able to read the ID off my original sensor and program to these with everything on the wheels. Review: Handy - easy to use - Fast and easy to use, good solution for a second set of tires.

I did not work
I tried the programming pad and did not do the trick. I have an Odyssey and did not work with the programmable sensors. The software was good an intuitive.

Simple to Use
What a great product. Very simple to use and worked way better than I expected. The average cost to replace a sensor by a mechanic is about $80.00 per tire (x4 = $320). With this product I did the entire job for around $150. ($50 for this pad; $25 per sensor or $100). Can't go wrong using this item. Be warned though breaking the bead on a tire can be very difficult; however, there are many videos on U-Tube to show you how it can be done cheaply.

MaxiTPMS Pad - Be wary of cable and software not included
My experience was a little frustrating since it took me a few hours of working with the software and hardware to discover that the supplied USB mini B cable was utterly useless. I could not get any type of reaction out of the pad when it was plugged in or otherwise. It was only after messing around for hours, playing with drivers, searching out different iterations of the software found online (there said there should've been a CD with the software included but that was not the case at all for mine) that I swapped the supplied cable for one that charges my PS3 controllers and the pad instantly turned on and I had no issues afterwards. Programming was easy and was able to pull sensor IDs and program the MX sensors without an issue. I did reach out via email to their customer support team where I never got a reply, other than the "you will hear from us in 24 hours" automatic email response. I also left a voicemail two days later that was returned a few hours later, which I was pleased with. Overall experience, once the product worked, it worked exactly as it should've and I was quite pleased! Getting there was a frustrating experience that leaves a lot to be desired.

ONLY WORKS WITH AUTEL MX TPMS VALVES
Mine did work with the supplied USB Micro B cable, and I was even able to download the software via my phone and install on my laptop when I was out of range of wifi. It was able to read my existing Pacific brand TPMS sensors through my factory rims, but YMMV. HOWEVER, what they fail to mention is that this tool will ONLY PROGRAM AUTEL MX VALVES, and will NOT program any other brand, including the replacement Pacific ones I bought on Amazon. Otherwise, it seems simple to use, and if you only want to buy Autel branded sensors, this pad will work fine for you, but I'm sending mine back!

Perfect for reading sensors, cloning, programming.
I used this to clone some Autel MX-Sensors for a 2014 Honda Odyssey. Worked perfectly! It can read the sensor through the OEM Honda Aluminum wheel, just hold it up to the valvestem. The cloned sensors were put into 2014 Honda Passport steel wheels and this tool reads them through that wheel as well.

Works great!
Easy to use and works on many vehicles. Glad I have it and can take care of my own TPMS programming and replacements.
