Is this virgin MACADAMIA oil, or virgin OLIVE oil with macadamia nut flavor? There are a few reviews that lead me to ask this question.

11g mono saturated fat 2.5 g saturated fat... it’s macadamia nut oil. The high omega 9 is the reason why people chose this oil this makes it one of the healthiest cooking oils on the market.

Is the product non-GMO?

I am unsure whether or not this is GMO free. I have been buying it for so many years I just keep buying it out of habit as it is a very nice, buttery oil. Sorry I couldn't help.
