It only has the clasp hook/carabiner If you are wanting the belt clip Garmin does sell that separately

The Carabiner Clip is designed to fit the Garmin GPSMAP 64sx handheld GPS unit, and similar style models as well. It attaches to the back of the unit, to the battery cover. The clip is nearly 3 inches long by almost an inch wide. Hope that helps.
