Please, list what sound cables are included. the online pdf manual states that "not all" are included, but i don't know which ones.

What hearing aids that are not comparable with resound

I have resound hearing aids, and they worked beautifully with the United TV speaker. I am uncertain what other hearing aids work with it. Perhaps you should contact Resound directly.

Can i hear tv thru hearing aids with tv muted? i have jabra enhance select hearing aids (formerly lively 2 plus).

GN ReSound’s system allows each individual with hearing aids to set their own custom volume so that everyone can enjoy their viewing at their own level. If the TV is muted you should be able to change the volume via the app or your hearing aids itself. if you need any further information please let me know. Please note this device is only compatible with GN hearing aids and not Jabra Enhance Buds.

My tv is not smart (not bluetooth) - will this work with it? I've tried to connect it without success.

First, connect either the RCA cables to your audio out left and audio out right, 2. Then connect the single RCA cable to the TV streamer 3. If you use the optic cable, plug it into the Optic TV input and into the optic input on the TV Streamer. If you are using the optic cable and using a Sound Bar with just one output, you will need a 3-way splitter. Go to www.thehearbetterstore.com and on page 3 of accessories you will see the 3-way splitter. 4. Plug into an electrical outlet and into the TV Streamer and the Green light will turn on. 5. Make sure your hearing aids are off, by putting in the charger case of open the battery doors. 6. Now, press the pairing button on the back of the TV Streamer JUST ONE time and the yellow light will start blinking for 20 seconds which is the time you have to pair your TV Streamer to the TV. 7. Immediately start your hearing aids by removing from the charger or close the battery doors. 8. The yellow light will stop blinking and you should be paired. 9. You can turn on the Resound Phone App and you will see a TV icon at the top and you may see 3 TV icons. Press the first one to the right and you should be paired.
