I myself checked how much time I can keep the temperature fairly high temperature. I use boil water to check.As I realize, even though it is not always at 100° c after 12 hours. I just realized still it is hot enough for a hot coffee. But after 24 hours it is not that much hot during the winter season under 10° c of room temperature. If you pour a hard boiled water at night in the early morning, you will be able to make a hot coffee by using this water in this therm of flask. With my experience I can recommend this bottle for 12 hours of time duration.
