Swanson Triple Boron Complex Bone and Joint Supplement, 250 Capsules

This is one of the best supplement I take. They they try to make it seem like boron is poisonous. When in excess, it may be, but you can take app to 12 mg, and it will help your body. Anytime I get an ache or a pain, especially in my knees or joints, I take 4 of these tiny capsules and i'm better the next day. Also, good for men's libido.

I am extremely satisfied with this product. Though if youre a man be careful taking too much at once. It sure as hell boosts free testosterone. First time i took 9mg's i was super aggressive. Now i just take 6 mg's at once and im good. Also make sure you eat with it. I dont think you would like the feeling of it on a empty stomach. I will definitely be buyi g more of this because it has made my hand feel so much better and gave me my quality of life back. (Former hairline fracture on my wrist) i can actually live my life without so much pain. The only time i feel pain now is when i do pullups and thats understandable. Ty for such a great product.

As iodine is an excellent fluoride detox for the thyroid, boron is an excellent fluoride detox for the bones and joints. Boron deficiency is closely associated with arthritis, osteoporosis, and degenerative joint problems. Deficiency can also lead to low testosterone, carpal tunnel, weak cartilage, low libido, and receding gums. Boron is involved in the regulation of the parathyroid hormone, and enhances the body's ability to use calcium, magnesium, as well as vitamin D. It also seems to assist in brain functioning and recognition. Boron seems to prevent calcium and magnesium from being lost in the urine. It also helps in the synthesis of ceruloplasmin needed for copper to work in the body, copper will not be usable unless its attached to transporters like ceruloplasmin. Excess Vitamin D supplementation can also deplete boron. Boron can lessen Vitamin B2 and Vitamin B6 levels if taking a higher amount. This triple boron complex for me absorbs better then the now brand that didnt work for me and felt more energy right away. While the best may be pure encapsulations without any of the fillers or mag stearate, but is a bit more expensive, and this one is the best value for the triple boron complex, along with other good choices like twinlab tri-boron, solgar, or source naturals. Life Extension contains 25mg of added Vitamin B2 for those that may not get enough through diet. I do wish some of the extra fillers and mag stearate would not be in it but without fillers are available if price is not an issue. This one performs well and is an excellent value. Swanson is a trusted brand, however they source from everywhere so each product may perform differently. I found a few that dont work, while some others like this and l-arginine worked very well from them.

This is a great product. I do not take it daily, it is very effective e.nhancement. My nails no longer break and tear. Love this result. I had been holding a horseca halter under his jaw and he snapped his head briefly and broke my finger at the joint. It healed but l have had ongoing joint pain ever since. Well l noticed that the boron has removed the joint pain! Yippee? Also other minor achey join pain. Remember l do not even take it every day. I recommend this fore people with similar issues. Find how much works for you, you will be a happier person.

This supplement combined with New Chapter Bone Strength Take Care Supplement was recommended by my PCP MD. I was deficient in calcium and had some minor bone loss and this has brought my calcium numbers up to normal.
