Very good product and very good customer service response for questions and support.
I have had great service from these Laminators! Our employees prefer these over the others we have had in the past. The cutter made on top of the unit has been very handy. I had one unit that rapped the film around the drum and sealed itself up tight on the drum. I could not get it out, but Customer service helped me with it and in the end, they replaced the unit for me. I am very happy with the service provided after the sale. I will be doing more business with them.

Economical thermal laminator
Great value for the money I've been using it several times over a 100 laminations so far without a problem

Disappointed
This laminator doesn't have a setting for 3mil and 5 mil laminating sheets. When it Laminates 3mil, the sheets come out with a wave. The thicker the laminate (5mil) it leaves bubbles and doesn't seal all the way. The cutter for corners doesn't work.๐คจ I am disappointed and I waited to long to check it out and my return window is over. I teach 1st grade and use a laminator all the time.

Love it! Near Perfect Laminations Every time
I shopped and shopped and finally decided on this laminator. Not sure if it is the best or whatever, but it works very well. I have been laminated cardstock, including two layers of thick cardstock and so far not a single issue, every lamination has been near perfect. I have been using the sheets that came with the unit and they perform very well. Takes several minutes to warm up and the lamination speed is probably average, but the bottom line is it works very well. The corner rounder is a nice addition though it only offers one radius option. The paper cutter on the top of the unit works with paper but I cannot get it to cut a finished lamination. My $10 paper cutter cuts the laminated pieces with no problem.

Review based on customer service
We have had some issues with this laminator the most recent issue that we had was a bad jam in the machine that was not able to be cleared. I had luckily purchased the protection plan, however, the company replaced the machine for me with out it. As it was frustrating dealing with the jammed machine, they made it easy and were helpful in making it right.
