Club Rattan Harmony 9 Seater Rattan Corner Sofa with Dining Table in Grey

Had been looking for months at rattan sets and wasn't impressed. Had a smaller one from dunelm but still knew we could do better. Took the plunge with this and couldn't be happier. Fantastic customer support. Specified an exact date for delivery when ordered online but did not hear from anyone to confirm. Rang and spoke to A lovely lady who could not be any nicer. She confirmed date and even got driver to call me when he was on way. Arrived on pallet in two large boxes. Packed very well and protected. Took an hour to unpack and assemble on my own. Wasn't rushing. All very well made and great quality. Had a few rattan bits in past and this is the best wuality and build yet. really chuffed with how easy to build. Extra bolts too just incase. Cushions are amazing. Really good quality, thick and comfy and fit really well. Perfect height for eating at table so must be vertically challenged people writing reviews saying its table too low. Stools are a great addition. Even has clips to secure the two sofas together. Really good design. Really impressed with it over all. Only minor gripe is that the glass top has a very small chip in one corner. Very small and not worth replacing. Not really anyones fault and not the end of the world. The other half didn't notice it 😃. Have ours under an great ikea gazebo with curtains, lights and a heater. found we sit at this more than anywhere else now. Actually wrote this review sat on.

So pleased with this 9 seater corner sofa and table rattan set. I have researched lots of companies and rattan products and I am more than happy with the quality and value for money. As it came assembled that made life much easier. It was delivered on a pallet and was shrink wrapped in a massive box, so there was no delivery damage (which I have experienced with other companies). The cushions are really thick and comfy and the arms on the ends are wider and therefore sturdier than I expected. Above all, this company (Iris!) have delivered the best customer care. Any questions are answered efficiently and that gave me great buying confidence. I would absolutely recommend the furniture and dealing with this company :)

Very pleased with this product and I would not hesitate in recommending this. Extremely good quality. Very sturdy and very good value and very comfortable. Cushions are nice and plump too and it looks so lovely in my garden. Perfect customer service. Suction cups for glass on table were crushed so emailed supplier and they arrived in first class post with a lovely note from Iris & Petra. Also what also really impressed me was that we were able to select the day of delivery with was imperative with being such a large item.

1 spent quite a bit of time looking for a garden set like this, and found this one to be the best price , it only took ten minutes to put together,which was to simply connect the two pieces together. the clips are easy to attach to hold the set in place. cushions are nice and thick, so comfy, and the colour is perfect, slate grey,with a nice sheen on the material. I have left the cushions out overnight, and seem ok with a light scatter, dried quickly enough, all in all great comfy set,great price, and delivery was spot on !!

Brilliant furniture comfortable and very nice looking, the delivery however was troublesome! They sent ONE guy FOR PACKAGES THAT SAID TO BE LIFTED BY TWO PEOPLE. The delivery guy expected me ( 54 year old female) to help him get it all off the back of the lorry, which wasn’t going to happen. He then discovered the packaging and pallet made it too tall to get off the van. We did eventually get it in - and it looks great.

I did a lot of research before buying this patio set, back and forward looking at different ones reading reviews etc, I decided to go for this one a lot being based on the thickness of the seating and now having just had time to put it up I can honestly say that I did indeed make the right decision, normally my partner would have put it together but we are currently on lockdown so I had to do myself, so I can safely say it’s idiot proof as I am not very good at these things and I still managed to fit the arm, clip together and build the table without any incident, having bought a high quality cover it sat for a week unused but now the sun has come out and I am able to use it , and it is very comfortable great thickness to the padding, so very pleased I bought it and look forward to using many more times

This product was delivered ahead of time and was of excellent quality. I was very impressed with the customer service as I had to have a piece replaced and this was done immediately, without fuss and with apologies for any inconvenience. It was no inconvenience and "Iris" who handled my issue was outstanding. I would recommend this product. It is so comfortable and looks a lot more expensive than what it was. Arriving ready assembled with only the table and one arm to fit made it even better!

I’ve held off writing a review about this product as I don’t like to leave a negative review unless I really have to - and I feel I do now before anyone else parts with their hard earned cash and ends up in the same dire situation that we ended up in. April 2019 we were in the market for new garden furniture and absolutely fell in love with this set. After researching it and looking into galvanised steel and how it doesn’t rust for many, many years we took the plunge and ordered it. It arrived quickly and was fairly easy to assemble. It really did look stunning and exactly how I had envisaged it. It was comfortable and I was pleased with this purchase. I later sent an email to the company enquiring about the cover for it. At £70+ we decided against it, took the cushions in every night (until we brought an amazing waterproof box) and from October we packed the furniture away stored it in our garage (we live in a new build - garages don’t fit cars!). Fast forward to April 2020. We’re in lockdown and the weather has perked up so we decide to get our furniture out of the garage and set it back up so we can spend a few lazy lunches in the sun - what else is there to do! As we set it up I notice that there is brown streaks down the rattan. On closer inspection and turning the furniture upside down we notice that there is rust. Not just a small patch but every single joint is rusting badly on the sofas and the stools. My heart sank. They had clearly stated that this furniture is made of galvanised steel and doesn’t rust. I immediately emailed the seller ‘club rattan’ and send her pictures and explain how we have had it less than a year and it’s been stored inside for 6 of those months. She told us it was because we lived by the sea - we live 25mins from the coast - and basically said we could have a refund minus 20% or a replacement. After pondering on what to do we replied to her email that we wouldn’t be happy to lose 20% as this is not our fault, and we would take a replacement. She didn’t respond. A week later we chased it up again. No response. In the end Amazon sent two emails to the company on our behalf on two separate occasions. Again, no response. After 6 weeks, yes 6weeks, Amazon escalated and have refunded us and will pursue Club Rattan for their money. Please, please avoid this terrible company. Their products are defective and will rust and their customer service is seriously awful.
