LMNT has been game changing for me. I bought the Lemonade flavor because I wanted a zero-sugar electrolyte mix that actually works and does not taste like watered-down sports drink nonsense. The flavor is good, the packets are convenient, and it mixes easily. More importantly, I can feel the difference when I use it. Hydration, energy, and overall function are noticeably better, especially on long days, after workouts, during outdoor activities, or anytime I am sweating more than usual. I also like that it is not loaded with sugar. A lot of electrolyte drinks are basically candy water with marketing. This feels much more intentional and useful. It is salty, but that is kind of the point. If you know you need serious electrolytes and not just flavored water, this is a great option. Lemonade is solid, the packets are easy to keep in a bag or truck, and I will absolutely keep buying it.

I’ve tried several electrolyte mixes, and LMNT Lemon is one of my favorites. The lemon flavor is refreshing without being overly sweet, and I appreciate that it contains no sugar. It mixes easily with water and has become part of my routine after workouts, long walks, and hot summer days. I notice a real difference in hydration and energy, especially when I’m active. Overall, it’s a high-quality product with great ingredients and an excellent taste.

Love this stuff. Staying hydrated in Texas in Jun/Jul/Aug is a task and this makes it easy and flavorful. First time you may say too salty. Use 1/2 a pack to cut back on the robust taste. I am now a BIG fan of this Lemon and also the Watermelon flavors. Cheaper than what I was using, i.e., Blue Stripes Cacao Water. Both have needed eletrolytes, magnesium, etc.

LMNT is my favorite electolyte drink powder. I have tried about 4 or 5 others. There's just something about the amount of salt and minerals in this that other brands just don't have. I think I drink plenty of water in a day, but I heard that if you aren't getting the minerals/salt it doesn't actually absorb. I have been having muscle cramps and twitching in my calves. I was wondering if it's dehydration. I've been drinking one of these daily and haven't had them since. Also on days where I just feel like my battery is low, I will choose this instead of afternoon coffee and I feel recharged. My husband will drink them after dinner sometimes when he feels hungry. He knows he's not 'hingry' as he had a decent sized dinner, after an LMNT drink, he is satisfied and no longer has that feeling. This Lemondade flavor is really good. Not too tart or sweet and not 'as' salty as some of the other LMNT flavors.
