This stays on the mattress well even with an adjustable bed. It fits perfectly. The cord connection is up in one corner near the pillow area, and it doesn't get in the way one bit. The instructions should more prominently state whether this goes under or replaces the fitted sheet. I read that grounding sheet material with silver also helps protect from internet/computer radiation. There is a famous human biologist that swears by grounding technology. He says it helps our cells function properly. Based on his recommendation I use it. Though there isn't an immediate perceived benefit. I recommend you do your own research. The sheet thickness is about average compared to other sheets. It's isn't luxurious or cheap. I don't even know it is on my bed. It's hard for me to say that my sleep quality is better from the sheet because so many things affect sleep. Though I am confident my sleep isn't any worse. This came with a tester. When I touched the silver lines with it, it lit up. That made me feel better that something was happening. I actually have more than one grounding sheet and alternate them. I am pleased to use this. For a one time order, I'm hoping my cells are happy.

I really wanted this to be a good product, but I’m not sure it actually works. The indicator they give you lights up whether the sheet is plugged in or unplugged. That was very disappointing.

This is a great grounding sheet. It is easy to put on the bed and it fits snug around the corners without much movement. I noticed after one use, that I felt more rested and wasn't achy upon getting up the next morning. However the real test was on my mother in law whose 80 years old. She never sleeps, complains about various aches and pains, has wonky legs, knees, wrists and thumbs and gets up numerous times a time to urinate. (Yeah, I know... It's a lot). So I put this grounding sheet on her bed and told her about the benefits (as she gave me a skeptical eye) and then sent her off to bed. The next morning -much to my amazement- she said she only woke up to go to the restroom and slept soundly. (Seriously, that hasn't happened in YEARS...) and she actually told her daughter about it and now she wants to try it too! So, since I've married into a family of broken people, take my word for it: This sheet is great. As long as you follow the care instructions accordingly, you won't be disappointed.

Arrived on time and safely packaged. Was eager to try out the silver/cotton sheet. Unfortunately; the grounding pen suppose to be included but was not. Thankfully we had one at home. Applied the sheet as shown online. I waited to write this review because I wanted to give this specific grounding sheet enough days, time and experience. I.did so and have not felt any different! I asked my husband to try the sheet as well and he also does not feel different. An exciting and very expensive "gag product" but definitely not worth the price. Wanted to give it 1 star but decided to give 3 stars because the cotton sheet alone was soft and nice ton sleep on. I sincerely can share that I used the sheet with "an open mind" and I do believe in alternative treatments or methods but this product was a huge disappointment. The Price vs. Performance ratio is not given.

Appears to work well. It makes me feel more calm but it is hard to tell if that is because of the sheet. I will keep using it and maybe see if my watch tells me if my big HR sleep improves with it

The first question for any grounding sheet is whether it is actually grounded. They included a ground tester, but it's actually a continuity tester with limited usefulness. On the continuity tester, it's not testing whether the entire sheet - or any of the sheet - is actually grounded. It's only testing whether the tiny area between the probes (about 5 mm) are making a connection. So this is really for testing for damage - if an area appears frayed you can test to see if the connection has been compromised. The best way to test to see if it's really grounded is a multimeter. I used my multimeter, and confirmed that mine is grounded when plugged in. It's easy to use - just plug into the round ground plug in your wall outlet. It will ONLY work with a properly grounded 3-hole wall outlet. If you don't have one, you can run the wire out your window and connect it directly to the round. As for the sheet itself - it's not a luxury sheet, but it's really pretty soft. Remember it's got copper wires running through it, so these can sometimes be a little rigid or rough. However, this is pretty soft - it's organic cotton, pretty good thread count, and you wouldn't even know it's a grounded sheet. The sheets are machine washable. You must sleep directly on the sheet to experience the benefits of being grounded. It fits my deep Queen with room to spare - up to 15 inches deep. I love it and think it's a good overall value.

Have heard about the possible positive benefit of sleeping on a ground sheet, so wanted to give it a try. It is made of good quality material and is comfortable. Have tried it a week. Other than being comfortable as my other good quality normal sheets, I did not experienced any of the added benefit that it claims. For the price of $59.99, it is very expensive for just a single bed sheet.
