Would recommend! love it, pro's and con's below... Pros: 1. brushed brass but still matched my satin brass hardware. 2. Installed easily with no issues in quartz one hole countertop 3. Works perfectly, the spray capability is fantastic and has outstanding water pressure 4. hardware feels quality, nice and sturdy 5. Swivels well and smoothly 6. The weight keeps the sprayer head tightly up against the neck 7. The price! I didn't chose it for this reason but I was looking at similar faucets for $400 and this one beat them all. And for the price, can't beat the looks, performance and value 8. Size & height was perfect for the space, not too small and not too large-some of the more expensive faucets were ridiculously tall and cut into the window view. I love the height, it's tall enough for my largest item but not so tall it looks odd or blocks any view. Cons: 1. it doesn't have a magnetic head and the weight clunks against my sink when I pull the sprayer quickly down. This could also be due to my sink size but something to note Can't say yet: 1. Since I have only had it a few weeks, not sure how the finish is going to hold up...fingers crossed and will report back. Update: have had for several months, finish is holding up perfectly. No issues AT ALL. Beats faucets 3x the $

Excellent quality and easy to install!

The faucet is everything that I had hoped it would be. The fit is perfect, the installation was super easy, and the customer service has been fantastic. The quality of this faucet is as advertised. It's well built and made to last plus it works as it should. The pull-down works like a charm and goes back to the starting point easily and connects perfectly. I love the fact that when using the spray function and you turn the faucet off it automatically goes back to the normal function, so you never get the surprised spray when you turn it on. Once it was installed, we did have an issue with it making a humming/singing noise, so I contacted the company, and they returned my email very promptly offering a couple different solutions. Unfortunately, none of the solutions worked but they didn't give up. They worked with me tirelessly until we were able to make things right. I have never worked with a company that was so relentless on helping to make things right. They certainly do stand behind their product. Once we found the solution to the humming problem the faucet has worked perfectly, and I absolutely love it. I highly recommend this Kraus faucet for your kitchen. You won't be sorry, and you'll be in good hands with the customer service.

I've replaced a half dozen kitchen faucets over the years, and this one really only took about a half hour with a pair of vice grips and the included allen keys. The plate on the bottom is optional, you don't need it if you have a single hole countertop and for whatever reason that bottom plate doesn't work for your situation. Quality seems great, obviously you don't know for real until you've used it for x number of years, but it's a great faucet. Feels higher end. Worth the price.

DO NOT BE FOOLED BY ITS MODERN LOOK. Not good quality. We recently remodeled our kitchen, this gold faucet matched perfectly and was less expensive than other similar looks. HOWEVER. We’ve had this faucet for only one year and it has already broken, to the point of being completely non functioning! The toggle switch to go back and forth between stream and spray won’t stay on either way, I had to put a band on it to get water to come out. Every single time we turned our kitchen water on we dealt with trying to get it to work and it made a horrible high loud whistling noise. I have since read other identical reviews and was annoyed that it was a consistent error. I called kraus and they told me to take the faucet head off, they would send me a new one. We dealt with a ridiculous very powerful stream of water that splashed everywhere for weeks only to have the new faucet head come (after we had to pay for shipping) and it not screw back into the faucet. Now the old head doesn’t screw back on either. A part that was necessary must’ve fallen out because the head was off. Obviously they have ISSUES with this particular model. DO NOT BUY! It should not have broken in less than a year 🙄🙄🙄

I am revising my original review from 1 star to 4 stars. My original review is below. I have been using the Kraus Oletto now for 5 years. I had two initial issues (see below). In warranty, I obtained a new mixer after the faucet failed. I also had some issues with the button that switches between spray and stream. Other than that, however, the faucet is working well after 5 years. The finish remains the same as when it was new. I occasionally have to soak the end of the faucet in vinegar to remove hard water build up, but other than that, it has been maintenance free. I am not giving this 5 stars in light of the initial issues, but it certainly deserves a revised review given it has been working without issue. Original Review: I had high hopes for this faucet but unfortunately the faucet is built terribly. In less than a year, the nozzle stopped working. First the toggle would not work. Then the nozzle would only let a small amount of water out unless you selected just the perfect amount of water. Full open would cause it to malfunction again. I contacted customer service within the warranty period and got no response. Ever. Now the faucet leaks. It has a bad gasket at the spigot/knob I suspect. That’s pretty bad for a faucet I purchased in 2019. Well, I just got my first water bill after noticing the leak. My water bill is triple the normal amount. Also the nozzle itself is cheap plastic compared to the rest of the body. While installation was painless, this thing is not made to last. I wouldn’t even install it in a rental. My Moen faucet they this replaced is going strong for 10 years plus. Never any issues. I’m very disappointed. These other reviews are "initial" reviews and not long term impressions of the product. Short term, I liked it. But if you intend to actually use this product more than a year, look elsewhere.

This was really easy to install. It would have been easier if the existing hole in the counter wasn't 1-1/4" (it should be between 1-3/8" and 1-1/2"), but after reaming it out with a wood rasp - I have a butcher block counter top - it was really simple. The drop-in assembly locks into the counter top with a few turns of two 4mm bolts. Then you feed three hoses into the little rabbit hole (1-1/4" isn't enough), with a fourth hose into its own dedicated hole. I found it easier to snake the three hoses in before securing the assembly to the counter top, contrary to the instructions. The faucet then bayonets into that, and is secured with a smaller hex wrench. This thing is rock solid. The previous Grohe unit was always coming loose, and I was always under the counter, cussing up a storm, as I re-secured the singular bolt that held it all together. This faucet is a huge improvement. The counterweight did keep clanking against pipes under the sink when the spray nozzle was pulled out, but I was able to relocate it, though at a loss of several inches of spray head travel. As this is our first detachable spray head faucet, we probably won't use that feature much anyway, except possibly to chase a particularly obnoxious cat out of the kitchen on occasion. My one quibble is it is pretty massive looking, and that's with a double sink with a large drain board - 48" in total. I think in a tornado I'll hide behind it. I could probably use it as an anchor point for rappelling (we live on the 11th floor), but we have no windows in the kitchen.

Product arrived quickly and well packaged. It’s been installed now for about 1.5 months. Was very simple to install and seems to be made with solid and secure parts. Looks clean and elegant with my new quartz countertops. The finish is easy to keep clean and doesn’t seem to show any water spots or finger prints. The pressure is good and the spray nozzle works great. Is exactly what I was looking for and is a simple clean design. Would recommend this product for the price, style and apparent quality. Will update review in 6 months for quality but at this stage it’s working perfectly.

The hose is smaller than standard 3/8 inch and could not find a connector across dubai or shj. Had to put it in the bin and buy a grohe faucet
