Can this tool be used to remove rusted nails from zinc sheets roof? I would like to replace the old nails with zinc screws.

It should, it's an awesome tool, there is a chance for scratching though if they're stubborn. I got two types of these there's a flat pry version you may want to look for which would help in that application.

what is the rockwell hardness of this Spec Ops pry bar?

Can't get that technical, but its not as hard as the other top brands. Looked cool for a minute. Then kept turning as I lifted the nails marring the wood. Definitely spend the extra four bucks and get pro worthy.
