Bought this tv for guest room was great value, excellent picture so sharp colour is perfect easy to follow remote and more channels than you will ever need. It’s so easy to set up I Did it Myself 🤣 Usually My Brother does it for me. It’s a slim tv and very light so easy to manouver. Highly recommend it. Great Price x

Nice TV but one potentially irritating flaw if you like Sat TV. Bought as a replacement for our bedroom TV and in most respects it is great. Good picture and sound. Freely is very easy to set up if a little slower than what we are used to with Freesat. The irritating issue relates to the Sat TV connection. No matter what I cannot get the program guide to work correctly as it won't load the program information. I've tried deleting all the channels and re installing but the issue persists. This is not an issue for us as Freely TV works perfectly 99% of the time but if you are buying this to use solely to receive Sat TV you might wish to look elsewhere. Well worth the £129 we paid for it though.

This TV has really good picture and sound quality. I can't believe it costs just a tiny bit more than a Freely TV puck. We bought it to use where there is no aerial available. It was a doddle to set up on the WiFi and the Freely channels work a treat - so no aerial needed. The other Apps/players need to be set up - same as any other TV.

I was quite nervous about buying this TV as it's had mixed reviews and I'm not exactly technically minded. However, I needn't have worried as this TV was an absolute breeze to set up. I bought it specifically for the Freely app as advertised on Amazon. But there's no mention of this on the box or manual so I had a horrible feeling I'd been sent the wrong model. Again, I needn't have worried as Freely is indeed installed and works perfectly. Picture and sound quality is really good too. All in all, this TV is a real bargain

Awesome picture and sound quality. Located in a bedroom. It needs a bit of patience during first set up and registration which addresses Freely and multiple APPs (some requiring a subscription). . I might explore those in greater depth when my existing Sky TV contract expires. But accessing multiple free to air TV channels via the Internet without a coaxial aerial does work fine. . I was then initially confused about how to get my SkyQ Mini Box live via the TV’s HDMI port. However, as soon I switched to my Sky Remote controller and employed key 1+3 to pair that remote with the TV all worked, and switch off/on is more reliable than my previous Sharp TV. I think it must auto-detect a HDMI input as I didn’t have to press any Source button to switch from another output to HDMI. I can see how some reviewers might become frustrated, but take your time and the results are rewarding.

This review is for the supply of model 32E5QTUK I was looking for a small 32 inch TV with good picture and this seemed to fit the bill. First, I will say that the picture and sound are good, and the overall experience with the Vidaa system is good, as is the Freely system (once you log into all your streaming services). But a few issues/gotchas. Most importantly, Plex doesn't work on this TV. I don't know why. All other TVs on my wifi network work fine. All the other TV apps work fine on this TV. But Plex...Nope. Its says it cannot connect to the server. I even manually added the server (with IP address) and that didn't connect either. Seems to be a common issue, but I suggest if Plex is important to you, you look elsewhere as this could affect many Vidaa/HiSense TVs...? I am currently engaging with HiSense customer support althought I have to say all they have suggested so far is to clear the cache and reset the whole TV....! I will update if I have news. This TV doesn't have Bluetooth - I assumed all new TVs did but this doesn't - my fault, but be careful if that's important to you (it was to me, but my fault for not being more careful) I bought this on Amazon. In the description it says the Vesa fitting is 200x200. It isn't - it's 100x200. Luckily I did already check the Hisense website (which stated it's correct Vesa at 100x200) and bought a wall mount that included 100x200 and 200x200. Unfortunately, the description for that wall mount was also incorrect as that didn't have 100x200, but it did have 200x100. I bought another and its all mounted and running now (apart from Plex, see above!). So if you are buying this from a retailer I would suggest double checking the HiSense website for specific features. I think because there are so many size/versions of each model, a lot of retailers (like Amazon) have the specs that might not match the specific version you choose. And I would suggest also doing as much checking as you can for any of the apps you might want that are not the normal everyday streamers like iPlayer, Netflix, Disney etc as it seems like it may not work well with some of them...
