It works as described, very easy to install, no complaints at all

This is excellent gas pipe tape. I got an outside grill, with natural gas, so I can connect it to the house and not worry about having to go and fill, or exchange propane tanks. I like that propane burns hotter than natural gas, however it convenience of having it plugged into the house is increxible. I used this to seal the end of the quick release adapter for my gas grill. It's worked perfectly for years. 5 stars.

Used on Mr Heater 30k BTU propane heater and there are no leaks.

Gasoline rated teflon works great

What I received was an empty outer shell with no tape. Thankfully Amazon replaced the item. Hoping this one comes with the actual tape inside. UPDATE: I received the replacement that included the actual tape. Worked great so changed from 1 star to 4.

This was the proper tape to use for my auxiliary fuel tank project and all of the fuel line fitting I install of all of my gas related projects. You don't want to use regular plumbers white teflon tape and working with gasoline is no time to skimp on using the right materials. By the way, for those of you who leave reviews mentioning things like "doesn't stick well at all...". Relax, teflon tape is not supposed to stick. There is no adhesive of any kind and there isn't supposed to be. I recommend this product and appreciate it being the perfect thickness that I have come to expect.
