古いAPC UPSのシリアルケーブルのUSB変換に使いました。問題なく通信できました。 贅沢を言えば、ケーブルの短い(1ftくらい)バリエーションがあると嬉しいのですが。 既存のシリアルケーブルの代替が大半の目的というのはわかるのですが、 まれに(APCのような偏屈な会社の）特殊ケーブルの変換に使うケースがあります。 かといってケーブルなしアダプタだと接続部が太すぎて、隣と干渉するおそれがあります。

Windows 11 で問題なく動作しました。

対応機器で問題なく使えています。

電子回路で使う変換基板と同じ0V~5Vと思っていたら，電圧レベルが-10V~+10Vに振れる．1kΩの負荷でも±8Vで優秀です． 接続機器によっては入力電圧に注意が必要です． この点を明記してほしい．

Windows10はインストール無しで、Windowd11は、Windows UPDATEしたら使用できました。

本日購入した「OIKWAN USB to RS232 USB Serial Adapter」が届いたので動作確認してみました。 まず、ＲＳ－２３２Ｃのチェッカで確認したところ正負両方が出力されていて安心しました。 中華製の安価品だと正方向の出力しか出ない物が多いようです。 ＲＳ－２３２Ｃの規格では、＋１５Ｖ～－１５ｖの間で変化するようです。 Windows11 ２５Ｈ２上でＷｉｎｄｏｗｓＸＰの頃に使用していた年代物のソフトウエアを動作させて見ましたが 問題なく正常に使えＲＳ－２３２Ｃのポートからのデータを表示していました。 もちろん、Windows11の互換モードでの動作ですが。 ドライバーは差し込んだ時点で使える状態になっていました。 FTDI Chipset なので安心して使えますね。

Macbook Air M2（Sequoia）で、問題なく利用できました。 ドライバーのインストールなど、特に必要としませんでした。 ありがたい。

Works fine with the laptop

I had problems with my old adapter when I upgraded to windows 11. I never could find a working driver for it. I bought this in hopes that it would solve that problem, and it did. It worked out of the box, no configuration or driver download needed. It seems nice quality, with removable covers on both ends, and the cable is nice and flexible. Best of all, it was just plug and play.

It was not working at first. The drivers installed and it didn't work. Did not work for over 24 hours. Now it works. The machine did not restart. I really don't care as long as it continues to work.

Bought this to replace my old cable when they retired the driver for this. I needed it to work on a Windows 11 VM on a Mac, so it will handle the ARM architecture. Plugged it in and worked straight away. Excellent cable.

el cable esta bien, calidad superior a la media, pero por un poco mas de dinero te puedes comprar de mejor calidad.
