I've already read the whole thing online before I bought the books but I'm really glad to buy them cuz they're so well-made. Review: 3 volumes left till its complete - It arrived quickly, but the packaging on the other hand was not satisfying. My erha vol 2's edge was a little dent. But thankfully none of them were damaged. Tgcf was in pristine condition. This was the vol that was out of stock for a long time and expensive as heck. But i've been waiting for the price to go down to be affordable enough. But for Indian danmei fans, if you want the authentic product, its still going to be 1k above. Be careful of counterfeit goods out there (anything below 999 esp the 799 and below from my past experience). Look carefully at the sellers, do not trust the 'just launched' ones and those with little reviews on their websites. For the book itself, there's no need for a summary i suppose since most of us already knows this. For new readers, the summaries are enough to pull you in. Whether or not you stayed is upto your own preferences and interests. I would definitely rec this to new readers though. As long as you're not homophobic, danmei will hold your interest. Even if you're an aroace like me, the romance won't bore you, even if you're not a romantic person just the plot alone is enough as long as you're not homophobic and views them as just any other normal novels, the romance just happens to be between two men. Thats what most danmei is. You also don't have to relate to it, just enjoy it. Sometimes you have to suspend your beliefs, but thats what fiction is all about. Its not a life lesson, but entertainment for ya'll to enjoy as you immersed yourself into these fantasy worlds. If you can find life lessons in this and relate to characters then thats a bonus. Its not expected nor compulsory for fiction to be realistic, but if its for you, then thats a pleasant bonus. But don't go demand for it to be realistic, be it world building or relationships. All in all enjoy and look forward to more danmei english releases, from Seven Seas from Via Lactea from Peach Flower House.
