I rarely leave bad reviews, but this experience was beyond frustrating. The first security system I received kept giving me the same setup error over and over, no matter what I tried. I reached out to customer service and was promised a call back — which never happened. I returned the first set and ordered a replacement, hoping it was just a fluke. Nope. The second system gave me the exact same error message, making it completely unusable. What makes it worse is that I paid someone to help with the installation, and that money was essentially thrown away because the product simply doesn’t work. Two defective systems and zero support? Absolutely unacceptable. I’m extremely disappointed and cannot recommend this product at all.
