I didn't expect a cheap little gadget like this could show much, but the clarity is fantastic. To get a sense of the zoom power, imagine the millimeter lines in a ruler. When you look at those lines through this, the space between the two lines fills your entire view. Things we were able to see: - RGB subpixels on a monitor. - The eyes and wing structure of a mosquito. - Life you can't see with your eyes in a drop of ditch water. etc etc! The "zoom" dial is useless though, as it just shows the same picture but in a smaller field of view, so you end up just leaving it at max always.
