simplicity
super simple

poor quality and functionallity
This is probably the worst choice for a kill switch.... the spring is very firm, so you have to push it in completely, and completely flat, at the same time for it to function. Installed it yesterday, and today I'm looking for a replacement.

No Hassle
That has to be the coolest and most fun addition to my guitar. My guitar is equipped with all EMG electronics (pickups 81-85's, volume\tone controls and 3 way switch). Installs easily and highly recommended. No need to solder the EMG electeonics. Bonus.

Not the best KS, but made to work with EMG solderless
You have to push pretty hard to get it to work consistantly.

Ok… some annoyances
First of all, be aware you will need to drill a 1/2” hole for this. Easy to mar your finish drilling for it. Second, it does what it says; momentarily cuts your signal when pressed. Signal comes back when released. Third, the annoyances… the button is wobbly and there is a fair amount of “slop” or “play” you need to push through before the button gets to the point that it actually cuts your signal. There is also some inconsistency at which depth of pressing the button engages and cuts your signal. Worst of all is there is a popping sound when you release the button and your signal comes back on.

Click
I mean it's a switch. Temporary off/usually on. Ordered by mistake. Seemed well built and durable
