No response from the manufacturer - warranty issue
I purchased a 0.5 HP water pump from Sameer Appliances, Noida through Amazon during April 2018. Installed on 25 May 2018. After working for 2 months it stopped working. I have been trying to contact M/s Sameer Appliances over phone ( tried 3 phone numbers -full of static noise) contact mail of company website for 3 days. Still no response. The merchandise has 1 year warranty. I tried their branch office at Chennai. The reply was to contact Head office and after persuasion replied to take up the issue with HO. Still no reply so far. Pl avoid such companies using your platform

Complaint on quality
The pump was hardly used but has stopped working now. Please advise on warranty or Guarantee cover. Am presently posted in Kanpur.
