Código de activación del software
El código digo de descarga y activación del software me dá error. No puedo descargarlo. Me he puesto en contacto con HUE y espero respuesta. Si no dan solución devolveré el producto. No tienen un teléfono al que llamar todo se gestiona vía mail. Me han resuelto el problema, el código estaba mal escrito. Aún así solo doy 3 estrellas por enviar el producto abierto.

Item arrived torn
Christmas gift. Outer shipping box was fine but the actual packaging of the product itself arrived torn on one side and the sticker seal on one end was detached. We can’t quite tell if it’s been opened. No bags inside to tell if it was used.

Customer service doesn’t respond
This was a Christmas gift and we had issues with the license while setting it up. We’ve sent the contact request and have not heard anything. So we may be returning it which is a real bummer because I thought this was going to be something new and cool for our 10yo.
