Like the description says - all purpose sauce. Had it with rice, ramen, chicken wings, mixed with other things. All good.

I finally tried this and in less than 2 weeks I already used more than half!!! It’s that good and versatile. It’s not as salty like regular soy but it has this yummy umami that elevates the flavor of the dishes I used it in. The consistency is just slightly thicker than regular soy very subtle difference. It’s Not spicy at all. When I ordered it I thought it was a little too expensive, but the quality of ingredients and the flavor is well worth the price for the size you get. I just ordered 2 more bottles.

Surprising how many dishes this can be used in to enhance the flavors. I love this sauce and will always have on hand now. This sauce is gluten-free so this is safe for those who are gluten-free. The flavor is good and not salty. It’s the perfect size bottle to have on hand. I have used it for weeks now. The quality is exceptional.
