On average, there about 25 drops per milliliter but it can vary. That particular solution contains 10mg/ml of methylene blue so if there were 25 drops in a ml each drop would contain 0.4mg. If you needed to know more accurately, you would need to measure out 1ml from their bottle in drops and then divide 10mg by the number of drops.
