Good State Liquid Ionic Magnesium 16oz. (192 servings at 100 mg elemental, plus 2 mg fulvic acid - 16 fl oz)

I've been taking this very night before I sleep. I recently did a blood test which revealed that my serum copper levels have risen above the normal range. My naturopath advised me to stop drinking the Good State Ionic Magnesium as it contains minerals that have caused my serum copper levels to rise. I was shocked to hear this. I put the bottle away even though I have a lot left Also, the cap of this bottle arrived with icky green stuff inside which was difficult to clean/scrub out. Didn't appreciate this

This is an amazing product! Magnesium is a trace mineral that our body needs and most of us lack due our diet of over processed foods. There are so many things magnesium helps with. For women it helps with our moods, PMS, energy and literally the list goes on for 300 other things. (Not joking) When magnesium is taken in pill form our bodies have a hard time absorbing it. This stuff is liquid and down to the very nano for easy absorption. The taste is a little weird at first so I recommend putting it in juice to begin with. I’ve been taking this for so long that I just drink it in my water. It has really helped me! I take it daily and if I don’t I Can really tell a huge difference. I end up with mood swings and cramps in my legs and feet. This product was a life changer for me. I started taking it after I had a miscarriage in my second trimester. My hormones, mood swings and depression were all over the place. Medication didn’t work. This was one of the key things that did. I am so happy to have found this product!

Nothing has worked to raise my levels, and I’m not sure this will either, as I’ve tried a ton of different preparations to no avail. Some caused no change and some saw a drop in levels. Nonetheless, I’m happy to find an ionic magnesium that I can actually tolerate. I can’t even taste it in my water. I had to stop taking Dr. Dean’s Remag. After a couple months of taking it, my RBC mag had dropped, and that alone made me feel like I was wasting my money and torturing myself in the process….the taste is awful, and I tried it in many different ways. I’ll update my review once I test my levels again, so I can speak to the efficacy, but it is very encouraging that I can take an ionic magnesium that doesn’t gag me.

Works well but I don't like the taste, fast acting falling asleep in less than five minutes.
