Phone is great! Condition is perfect! Nothing wrong with the screen or buttons! Battery life is great as well. They did send the wrong color lol. But at least it had the correct storage! That’s what really mattered!

I can’t believe this phone honestly! I bought it in “good” condition from MobiWise. I thought it would be a lot more damaged than what it was. Basically there’s just spots on the edges of the phone from normal wear and tear but that’s it. The front screen is super smooth and the back has no issues whatsoever so ever. The camera quality is fantastic too. My phone runs smooth and haven’t had any issues as of right now. The only thing that bums me out a tad is battery is at 83%, but they have it listed that every phone comes 80% or higher so can’t really dock them for that. My battery has lasted most of the day without having to charge it, but may need to replace it in a few years. It was true to the listing and was unlocked so I was able to use it with my Visible service right away. Very happy with my purchase and will update after having for awhile! Deep purple on this phone is stunning btw.

Do not buy from this seller. I never review anything on amazon but this should be a 0 star product. I bought what was advertised as the best version available — an iPhone 14 Pro Max in "excellent" condition. The first unit they sent arrived with 81% battery health and an aftermarket screen (this model never shipped with anything but Apple OEM). I complained and returned it. The replacement was a little better at 91% battery health, which I was fine with — but it also had a non-OEM aftermarket screen. I figured it would hold up. It didn't. Before you read this, the phone was never dropped, not once, in a case with a screen protector without any damage. After two months the touchscreen started misbehaving and freezing constantly. I took it to the Apple Store, and the only fix they had was a soft reset, which bought me about a month before the freezing came back. By month three it was freezing daily — the soft reset would temporarily revive it, but at that point I'd already passed the seller's window, and they told me they could no longer refund me since it was over 90 days. About a month later the screen froze completely and stopped working altogether. Apple told me there was nothing they could do, and I had to buy a brand-new phone to stay functional. I decided to repair the dead unit myself. Once I opened it up, the truth was obvious: the seller had installed the cheapest, lowest-quality aftermarket screen money can buy. On top of that, whoever did the swap left out two of the screws that hold internal components in place. I replaced it with a high-quality screen for about $200 total, and now it finally works the way it should have from day one. Bottom line: I was sold a phone with a garbage screen and a sloppy repair job, then left without recourse once the freezing started after the return window closed. Save yourself the money and the headache — buy elsewhere.

I love it so far the only thing I would say is the phone dies kinda fast I was expecting better battery life and it overheats really fast like it over heats even when ur not on it when I first got it it was overheating I got the good one but I feel like I got excellent quality it came with no scratches it came with a charger and the battery health was at 100% I love the color the camera is pretty decent it’s just like a normal camera quality the size is big enough for me but I was a little scared to buy this because I seen mixed rewiews but I’m glad I did get it and the shipping was really fast came in 2 days I only had it for 1 day and it’s good so far but I don’t know how it will be later on and I’m planning on getting my mom one for her birthday from this same seller.

It came on time and in perfect condition, and I got the color and storage I ordered. I bought the renewed excellent, and it's pretty good. There were no scratches on the back, camera, or sides. There was a tiny scratch on the front near the dynamic island, but once the screen protector went on I literally couldn't even find it. Set uo was good, but they sent a usb-c charger even though this phone uses lighting. The screen feels a little weird to me but it says that nothing has been change (I think it's because I've been an android user my whole life lol). The battery capacity was 84%. I know a lot of people would be sad about that but the phone I was using before was 8 years old and had a weak battery (never replaced), and I also gamed pretty hard on it and I made it work. So I'll be quite fine with this until I decide to change the battery. I've only had it for a day so I'll give an update after a few weeks.

I have had my phone over a month, when it arrived it looked new, no physical damage at all, it works great no problems with setup or anything. I’m am so pleased with my purchase and recommend you give them a try as well if you don’t want to pay those high prices to upgrade your phone without a contract. I went from an 11 ProMax to a 14 ProMax with triple the storage I originally had.

Excellent purchase! I’m very happy with my purchase. At first, I was a little worried because it’s a refurbished iPhone, and I had some concerns during the initial setup with the battery and cellular connection. However, after completing the setup and giving it some time, everything started working perfectly. The phone arrived in great condition and looks and feels almost brand new. The battery shows 100% capacity, and so far the performance has been excellent. The camera, screen, Wi-Fi, cellular service, and everything else are working perfectly. I’m really glad I decided to give a refurbished phone a chance because the quality I received exceeded my expectations for the price. Quality was good for the price, the appearance was a bit bad because there was some scratches on the back and a oled screen burn in on the front. A little disappointed for what I paid but its kind of a lucky pull for what phone you get. Could've been better battery too it was mid 80s

This was a gift, It works as stated and in excellent condition. Though the battery health level is 82 percent. We plan to have it replaced when it is 79 percent in the future. I gave it five stars because we are happy with it. The price has gone up since we last purchased this phone, in fact, it went up the next day. This review is based on three weeks ownership and usage. We have over 90 days left to decide on permanent keep.

Hello, I’m not happy with the item I purchased from your store. I bought an iPhone 14 Pro Max, but when I received my order, I noticed that the box was already opened. When I checked the iPhone, the battery health was showing 98% instead of 100%. Now, the phone is also not charging properly. I’m very disappointed with the quality of the item. I would like to return the iPhone and request a full refund. I paid through Tabby, so I’m hoping the refund can be processed through the same payment method.
