Which resistance level should I choose?

Discovery Putties come in 4 resistance levels: extra-soft, soft, medium and firm. If you are not sure which level your child needs, consider starting with the extra soft or soft and moving up resistance level as they build up hand strength.

How many pieces come with the putty?

Putties come with 9-15 pieces, depending on the theme.

Rest assured, our Discovery Putties are made with only non-toxic materials and are gluten, casein, latex and soy free!

How should I store my putty?

After each use, place your putty back in its cute & convenient metal tin to help prevent drying. If your putty does dry out, that’s OK! Just knead a small amount of water into the putty until it’s returned to its normal texture.

Can Discovery Putty be removed from fabric?

Yes! We formulated our putties to be as mess-free as possible - a bit of rubbing alcohol should help remove the putty from fabric.
