Does this remote control come with the wall mount to hang it?

Following holder can work with this remote control https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08ZD3M3CV

Does the remote control come pre-programmed to work with your unit?

Yes, but the remote control was in Spanish...not a problem since I can understand the language. Works fine.

I’m seeing mixed answers and reviews. Is this remote in English/Fahrenheit or not?

some months ago, we sell the one Celsius/Spanish. Now we sell the one display in Fahrenheit and English version.

How come the split system never turns off when its set at a temperature??

It's how it circulates the air as well as getting an accurate temperature by circulating the air over the indoor coil in the head unit.
