Wonderful & Nice Product for BP Check

I received the sub. Item on 05/03/2026. Initially it gave erroneous reading for 5/6 days with fresh battery received with the item. Then it started giving blank even with same battery having full charge. I then got the item connected to power source thru USB cable recd with the product. Surprisingly it couldn't be charged even after keeping for charging on for a long time.There is no indication in the piece showing when it gets fully charged. Then I tried to monitor my BP while keeping it connected to charging source thru c. Cable. It gave some erroneous reading which I cross verified thru monitoring manually by a medical assistant . It also was blank when I disconnected it from charging source. In rhe process of trying, Time elapsed n now I find as per your return policy my eligibile time period fo return of the item expired I am a 73 + old sr citizen n requires constant BP monitoring for health issues as advised by my doctor. So I admit my lapse n appeal to u to replace the item ( I retained the outer package too) , with a better reliable product of higher cost ( I don't mind to pay the balance whatever , avoiding a too costly item n nearby of similar range) which I shall gladly accept. With great hope that a sincere request of a valued long time prime customer shall become fulfilled Thanks

The batteries provided were not functioning due to which I raised cancellation request . But after changing the batteries it started working.
