I use this gum every time I work out. It keeps my mouth from getting dry and the act of chewing helps me get through the work out too. Great stuff and while the flavor doesnโt last super long it is a really great flavor.

I love this gum for travel and plane rides especially. The gum helps my ears from getting uncomfortable on take off or landing, and the gum also helps keep me hydrated. The flavors are great. It is a nice big container er or individually wrapped gum. I will buy this product again. It is great for many uses, and tastier than most gum.
