If premio has 1.4 times more hydroxyapatite than m-plus, how much hydroxyapatite does royal have over m-plus (i need a number) ?

Royal has 2 times as much of the Hydroxyapatite as M+. It’s on their website- just search “Apagard FAQ” and you’ll find it. :)

Is this also a remineralization toothpaste, like the apagard premio paste?

Yes, the Royal version of this brand is a remineralization type just like the Premio version. In fact, the dose of the nano medical hydroxyapatite is even stronger (note the higher price), so you could probably use slightly less if you wanted. I got this information from the Japanese website of Sangi (the company that makes the Apagard brand) so it is reliable. The toothpaste is terrific.

It was ok for me, but I still prefer the standard version and the Premio. Major improvements happen from apagard products.
