Great cross trainer! Better than expected on the treadmill. True to size.
Upgraded to the Nanos from Ultraboosts for cross training. Even though the UB's aren't cross trainers they were fine for a while, but recently they started feeling especially unstable during strength and lifting exercises. The Nano X5 are a massive improvement: super stable for single leg exercises and lateral movements, but surprisingly comfortable on the treadmill too. The insole has enough cushion that your foot kind of settles into it, but the sole itself is flat and firm which gives you a solid base. Best of both worlds for interval-based classes like Orangetheory, Barry's, F45, etc. Sizing note: I'm normally a 10.5 but ordered an 11 based on reviews warning about a narrow fit. The 11s felt overall too big, most notably with heel slippage, so I exchanged for my true size 10.5. The toe box is very slightly narrow but unlikely to be a problem for most feet - and sizing up to compensate would just result in a poor overall fit. There was still some minor heel slippage with the 10.5, but I could tell it was the type that's common to new sneakers and predictably went away after a few sessions. If that concerns you at all, check out the X5 Edge which specifically addressed this. Otherwise, I'd say grab a pair of these in your normal size for cross training and you'll thank yourself later!

Great shoe but size runs small
Great shoe for cardio and weights and they work for my high arches. Be aware of the size, as they do run a little smaller. I went a half size larger and they fit great.

Stable, comfortable, true to size.
Got these for weight lifting so I would have a more stable, solid platform for deadlifts, squats, lunges, and other barbell-based exercises. I can honestly say that these have made a big difference for my weight lifting and I feel much more confident in my balance vs. my running shoes which I previously used. I generally wear a shoe with a wider toe box, like Altras, so I was concerned that these Reeboks might feel too tight, but they feel great, not constricting. Sizing felt the to size too - I usually wear a 9.5 and thatโs what I got and it fits well. Traction is great in the gym, and flexibility is sufficient without being flimsy. I also get compliments on the color all the time.

Solid cross trainer, leans lifter but still mobile
Solid cross trainers for people with a lifting focus. Flat sole, way less toe spring than many other cross trainers. Wider toe box as well. Result is a more stable shoe with excellent ground contact. Not anchors or lifted like a lifting shoe and excellent side grip which gives it good lateral movement as well. Overall a stylish unicorn of a shoe that meets several needs of both weightlifting and aerobic activity. Obviously this all has trade-offs. Less toe spring and wider box means not as good of a running shoe as some others. Less heel and more flexible lateral movement means not a perfect squat shoe, but this is my pick for a weight lifter focused cross trainer that wants to fit in some cardio and calisthenics in the same workout without changing shoes.

I recommend this shoe for all exercises.
Fits as advertised. Feels premium. Very stylish cos I wear it to work and gym. Poor breathable and it causes it to smell after extended wear even with my socks. I use it when I am on the treadmill, squat, lunge and aerobics and its comfortable.

Stable and surprisingly comfortable
My first priority when purchasing these was for stability when training in the gym. I did not expect them to be comfortable. They are stable. But they have surprisingly also turned out to be more comfortable than shoes I have purchased primarily for comfort. These are now my default shoes for walking and daily casual wear. And the white, even after a few months of wear, has remained clean.

Great multi-purpose gym shoe, especially for wide feet
I have wide feet (EEE), and bought this X5 a half-size up to compensate. Fit and comfort was (shockingly) perfect. Plenty of room in toe-box, a bit tighter on the insteps (but they really should be), and nice & grippy on the floor for weight training stability, while allowing for an easy "lift-off" for quick moves when needed. I've used Reebok training shoes before (Legacy Lifters, for more intensive weight training) but they really hit one out of the park with the Nano X5, a perfect gym shoe for a multi-layered workout.

Great for workout and cross training.
Great shoes for cross training or weight lifting. I did a lot of research and it was everything it was described and was made out to be. Very happy with them. I am very particular about my shoes. Do your homework but so think these will meet you needs if you looking for a pair training shoes. Note: these are not running shoes for long runs.
