Best home muscle training machine!
This version of the Bullworker is best for beginners, ladies, and elderly people. You can build up the whole muscle with the isometric contraction without the burdensome training.

Redelijk goeie bullworker.

Isometric Muscle Fitness
Bullworker makes great products for muscle fitness, health, and strength. As a 69 year old male, isometric exercise is all I need for muscle fitness in a safe injury free way. No more weight lifting for me, I enjoy the Bullworker Basic with a Steel Bow model coming.

Kompakt och effektiv
En riktig klassiker i lite mer kompakt form. Kul att den lever vidare och utvecklas. Många övningar. Bra resultat. Isometrisk träning dessutom bra mot högt blodtryck.
