Great for home strength training!
These are amazing for multi use! I’m a single mom so gym is not an option! These have different levels of resistance and with some YouTube you can get ANY work out you want (strength on any muscle in ur body)I only wish they came in some type of storage bag for easier storage, I foresee the zip lock bag failing eventually.They are pretty durable and I like that they do not pinch or stick to your skin like regular rubber.
