When taking my mask out of the packaging it did not have the thin tissue layer keeping the actual mask intact on the back paper so when I folded the backing paper out the mask literally broke apart and barely resembled a face shape. I managed to get it it to stick but in several different pieces and looked an absolute mess

I love face masks and use them weekly. - I was disappointed with this mask. I had wanted to try a collagen mask for ages - they are advertised as making skin look amazing! It wasn’t very easy to apply and did break apart too easily. It didn’t come with the plastic backing that was mentioned in the instructions - so it was difficult to get it into place. The mask did stay on and did soak in after about 2 and a half hours. When I removed the mask my skin was not great - it didn’t look glass like or feel soft. It actually felt quite dry? Would not purchase again.

Face sheets break easily and do not adhere to your face and stay there

I wish you could give zero stars. I buy these type of masks often and this is worst I have ever brought. Came out the packet ripped in 3 places like someone had accidently cut through with scissors and then shoved in the packet. This is not cheap for such a poor quality product, cheaper multi packs are better than this.
