Centrum Women Tablets 200ct

First i was not sure, should i buy this or not because i am not a big fan of multivitamins but these are realy good. Thats the second time that i bought me Centrum but this time from amazon because in normal grocery store their are more expensiver. I defently feel the difference by my hair and nails because there grow much stronger. I had stomach aches or digestive problems a tge first few days but I think this is normal because the body has to get used to it first. I just miss a lot of vitamins because I work a lot I forget from time to time to make sure that I have to eat healthy. I definitely feel better with these multivitamin tablets.

He estado usando este multivitamínico para adultos (200 tabletas) durante varias semanas, y realmente he notado una diferencia: tengo más energía a lo largo del día y me siento menos cansada después del trabajo. I've always prefered centrum women to any other brand of daily vitamin. It's the only one that I can take that doesn't give me a horrible stomach ache. I still take it with food, but I don't have to and there's no terrible aftertaste even taken on it's own. Also, this new tablet is much smaller! It's actually a normal sized pill (slightly fatter than the oblong ibuprofen capsules). Besides being easier to swallow, it also means I can easily take a weeks worth with me to work in the mornings since I usually forget to take it before I walk out the door.

These tablets are easy to swallow. I noticed my hair and nails got thicker and shinier after taking this product for a little over a month.

I puchase this item as I was tired during the days, did not sleep well at night and did not want to get up during the mornings for work. Now I got this bottle of multivitamins and viola all is well. I mean I tried something new, I took them at nights before bed, my body goes into rest mode and I sleep. I get up brand new in the mornings, now I am the 1st person at the office most of the time. Its affordable and worth investing on.
