Can these be used on bare skin or with nylon only as a barrier or do you need socks on?

I have 4 unopened packs and 1 opened. They do not work, why cant i return?

How are these disposed of? Can they be recycled?

Thank you for your enquiry. The Hothands items should be disposed of with regular household waste. They are not suitable for recycling.

How do these work? 'Core heat technology' as they say in the description is gibberish. re they reuseable? How long do they last for?

These products are single-use only (disposable warmers) and should never be reheated. They last up to 8 hours and keep your feet cosy and warm. The technology mechanism behind this magic is purely based on air activation. The ingredients are iron, activated carbon and water come into contact with the oxygen in the air, oxidise and produce heat. This is why you should only remove the warmers from their sachets once you are ready to use them. Hope this answered all your questions.
