Quality is good. Works well
It's works well for our back pain. But when we put more pressure on the machine it works slow and not comfortable. I always get foot pain. I tried keep my foot on top of the machine while sitting in the chair. But we wnt getvthe grip and our foot slips so it dint help me. We can adjust speed as well. For back pain , calf pain we can keep comfortably. Overall good product. It's works fine .

Avoid it
Can't be used for more than 20-30 mins, and mine stopped working after 2 hrs of use only. From the start it seems a poor quality product but believing the amazon i purchased. Very wrong decision.
