This is 1% retinol Which is a good percentage because too much of a percentage would lead to harsh damage on the skin

Do we know what percentage of retinol is in this?

Percent is probably a product secret. It is encapsulated in a phospholipid layer for steady time release with 3 ceramides. I do know the retinol + crramides works great for me.

Do you wear it under moisturizer or on top of it?

Hi there! You can use this product alone or under makeup once or twice a day. If you have very dry skin and need additional hydration, you can layer a moisturizer on top of it. For the daytime, we would suggest using our Skin Renewing Day Cream SPF 30. For the nighttime, we suggest our Skin Renewing Night Cream. We hope this is helpful!

My bottle came damaged and opened inside a damaged box. Am I really supposed to return (ship) this back with liquid everywhere ?

You can contact Amazon by hitting the "return product" button. They will usually not require you to return the product or if they do they will send you a return label with no postage due. I would put it in a baggie and send it that way.

Using it for five days now

I gave only four stars because the package is already opened and not sure it is already used and it was scary to use first ! But I did patch test and no alllergy and easy to use and not result yet and I will update when I found results. Advice : please deliver new packages!

Perfect!

I already saw results on the first day. I've noticed that some of ny whiteheads are popping up and the next day you can feel all the dirt (as per the photo) and your skin feels smoother. I use it at night and always follow up with moisturizer. This is good for sensitive skin coz it doesn't purge your skin at all.

I&ve used a different retinol before buying this, it was cheaper that cerave but I havent noticed any changes, instead my acne worsen, but after using this I&ve notived aglow on my skin instantly. and it killed my pimples overnight. It works like magic <3
