Can this work with a smart tv?

Hi there! The T7 Shield is compatible with Samsung Smart TV’s, however compatibility is not guaranteed with other Smart TV make/models. ~ Samsung Memory

Can I load windows on this drive and use it to boot another computer?

Yes you can, but have to go through a detailed process, on e done, don't update. Windows is not supported that way.

I got the t7 shield but on the samsung magician app, it is said that the device has a usb 3.2 gen 1 interface (5 gb/s) not gen 2 interface (10 gb/s)?!

If Magician recognizes T7 Shield then the device is genuine, but since it said the interface is USB 3.2 Gen1 interface, then you have to check whether your PC/lapdop does not support USB 3.2 Gen2 or not.

what is the dram and tbw for the 1 tb version?

Excelente para ampliar tu DD local

Es compacto, ligero y de alta velocidad. Muy recomendado, tengo el T5, T7 y eta versión y los 3 son excelentes. Este tiene la ventaja de estar protegido con goma de buena calidad. No se sobre calienta y sus velocidades de escritura y lectura son aprox. 800 MB/s y 700 MB/s respectivamente. Yo lo uso para ampliar el Disco duro de mi Mac Studio con el USB C que vine incluido y funciona excelente. También te incluyen un USB C a USB A 3.0 bastante robustos ambos.

Very stable data transfer with high quality and durability.

Overall pleased the Samsung, SSD T7 Shield. I feel the documentation for the way to partition the drive space could have been better. I have worked in software and hardware so I figured the best way via googling the best way to allocate space and how to best size the partitions. It is very small and secure. Cables are good quality Speed of drive is good. Very stable data transfer.
