Great sounds so kick back and enjoy.
I have had these “earbuds” for a couple of weeks now, they replaced a budget pair that didn’t work properly, and I can definitely say these are worth that little increase in budget.I am not a sound purist but from my point of view they are excellent.Reading the instructions and downloading the app and fully charging was the recommended approach and I think this gave me a better understanding of the basics of use. There’s a good program in the app to set up your “buds” for your personal hearing based on age and range of tone you can hear, worthwhile checking this out. There’s a decent amount of options of ear fittings and having found the right fit and developed my technique for fitting securely I set about listening to a couple of hours of my favourite tunes.Finding the right volume was easy and the stereo effect was among the best I have experienced.Central voice with separated sound, well as I said I am no connoisseur, but it was to me excellent.I usually use over the ear headphones but recently found them a bit heavy and hot to wear after an hour or two.I found these comfortable even after a couple of hours.I haven’t mastered the buttons and committed function to memory yet, but I haven’t been trying.I am sure the younger more dexterous users will quickly pick up nuances.I can not attest to use in exercise but I found that they fit securely and survived some playtime with my energetic dog.Ease of use, well I can only say that being of a more senior age than perhaps the target market a read of the instructions and I was good to go.Value for money? Your discretion really, very much better value than a budget pair, simply vastly superior, sorry I do not have any reference to the luxury brands.Noise reduction both for people near by and for me the user seems to have past the test.Wife can not hear any noise from them and I have missed out on a few offers of tea, they pass my test!In conclusion, read the instructions, set to your hearing levels and kick back and enjoy.

Anker have done it again.. another solid earbud
Anker are my go to brand for good value decent audio headphones. I have always gone with big budget headphones in the past loving sennheiser Bose. My last set were the Denon perl pro which I love due to the customisation.... I got the soundcore liberty 5 for work as I'm not wanting to lose my pricier ear buds knowing Anker produce a good quality sound from over ear headphones I have and these I considered a reasonable price I gave these ago. Well when paired with the app and if you go through the preference settings in it you have a fabulous pair of earbuds. Bass is solid if you are a bass head trebles are crisp and depending on your preference mids create a good overall balance. The ear tips are comfortable and do well blocking out surrounding noises. Put the anc on and it seems to do well at immersing you in your own world. I would definitely recommend giving these a go. For the Audiophiles out there the app also gives you an adjustable EQ setting if you find yourself needing to adjust to give a purer sound. I'm not saying it is perfect for audiophiles but this feature may help Value for money:They were on sale on primeday so got them for a great price Sound quality:Solid customisable sound no distortion Comfort:Different earbuds which should fit most comfortablyQuality:Seem to be a solid build qualityWhy did you choose this product over others?:Experience with other Anker products and not wanting to spend a fortune on headphones for workEase of use:App is brilliant to set up headphones. Touch sensor is a pinch sensor seems to work fine. There does seem to be a small delay from when you touch it. Not an issue just something to point out.Functionality:Does everything needed fine

Great Overall, But Big Sound Difference Between Modes
I’ve been using the Soundcore Liberty 5 earbuds for a few weeks now and overall, they’re a solid pair of earbuds. The design is sleek, the fit is comfortable, and the battery life is impressive. Connectivity is fast and stable, and I really like the companion app with its customizable EQ settings. However, there’s one major downside I’ve noticed: the sound quality changes a lot depending on the mode you’re using. When I have noise cancelling turned on, the music sounds rich, clear, and really impressive quality. But when I switch to normal mode (with ANC off), the sound becomes flat, hollow, and almost tinny. It’s a noticeable drop in quality that makes me avoid using them without noise cancelling. It’s not a total dealbreaker for me, since I mostly use ANC anyway, but it’s definitely something to be aware of. For the price, I expected more consistency across modes.Still, if you plan on using ANC most of the time, these are a great choice.

ROCK SOLID HEADPHONES!!
I've only had these headphones for a few days.. And I've not heard a single thing in the gym or running.. meaning the background noise...So let's break the product down..COMFORT they already came with the medium covers and I haven't had to change them.. They don't feel sore and they have a really good snug fit.. and they don't give that scabby cut feeling or pulse pain so I think they are very comfortable..QUALITY.. Sound quality is decent but if you download the app you can get a bit more settings to fit your needs of what you like to listen to.. battery life looks rock solid.. No connection issues seems really reliable.. connected very quickly..DESIGN this is where I think it really separates it self from most of your avg headphones.. if you usually hit a left or right, or touch the ear pod once it switches off or does some erratic stuff that can frustrate people even a slight knock putting a beenie on or something.. well these ones have a neatly tight slit button about width of a finger nail.. and if you are lucky to press it you will get what the touch does on most pods.. so I thought that was a really neat feature so less problems with that.. The case charger now this is where you would be careful we are so used to open pods up as the top case lifts.. but if you go try it without reading instructions like I did I was wondering why an earth they were not opening.. there case is a slider back and forward.. so be mindful of that.. cause it doesn't look like it would take a much brute force to think that the case opens up to then snap the lid that would be my only concern for others buying this product.. but it is well written on the instructions.. but I was just eager to get these in and go.. But it's a slider so that's just a heads up..Anyway that probably sums it up. And I do not get paid for advertisement.. thought I'd add that in.....

Too cheap for this quality!
From the pov of a normal person with no pretension to be an ‘audiophile’, I find these ear buds to be extremely good. The noise cancelling is nearly on par with Sony’s xm5 buds, but with better sound at all volume levels. The Sonys were only good up to 70% volume before losing definition while these are great even at their max, which is substantially louder than anything I’ve heard since the 90’s. The only issue to me is the squeeze mechanism for skipping tracks, changing modes and adjusting volume. It’s just garbage, easier to pull my phone out and use the app.Talking of which, the equaliser seems really effective even tho the flat sound is already great. The ability to pull out high treble sounds for my noise damaged ears is really satisfying, while it can simply be boosted on all bands to get an extra 6db when I feel like hearing a track really loud.I’m sure someone with undamaged hearing could find a better set of earbuds, but for me these are way better than those from Bose and Sennheiser just for the extra bit of volume.Oh, and they’re comfortable and never fall out.

No complaints. Good sound, fit and value.
Sound excellent- if you use the app you can adjust to your own preference.Noise cancelling is as good as I can imagine with buds; obviously large over ear is better but the app allows you to test the fit. I had to change the tips for a better seal. The controls are superb. No accidental changing of the settings or stopping play.I like the option to pause when an earbud is removed.Battery seems good so far. This is my first not-so-cheap pair and they are a huge improvement. I did buy at the reduced price.I'm very pleased so far.Nothing to complain about.

Don't Buy if you want ANC!!
I have very mixed feelings about these. I have owned different makes of earbuds. These have some strong features but are not excellent or worthwhile in my opinion. The battery life is strong - you can get a few hours with ANC and LDAC enabled. The sound quality is impressive and there is plenty of customisation compared to other buds. I have a pair of Bose Quietcomfort Ultra Gen 2 earbuds. They do not have the same level of customisation. There is an equaliser that has great adjustability. However, I'm not sure how much one would use this. The build quality is reasonable but I found the plastic case was a bit flimsy. The connectivity is strong and the connection doesn't drop. The price is very impressive for what you get. What really ruined the experience for me was the "noise cancelling". I can't believe the comments of other customers. The ANC was pathetic for me. As I mentioned, I have the Bose. First, I could not get an idea seal for passive noise cancellation despite trying all the eartips. I like walking in the countryside early in the moring and listen to music or spoken word. I want the best ANC. The Bose are fantastic and block out most noises. The Anker were pathetic! They did not block out much noise, especially running water. The Bose blocked our most of the running water. The Anker none. I found them so woeful that I decided to return them. Mine only cost me £59 on sale, which was good value. Nevertheless, the ANC totally ruined it. If you don't care about ANC they are impressive, but if you expect ANC forget it!

Impressed with quality and range for the price point
I'm impressed for the price in terms of sound quality and range. They are my first pair of noise cancelling so I can't compare to other NC but compared to my previous non Nc they are a vast improvement. I realy like the app too. My only issue is that when I bend forward or lay down they sometimes fall out. Im a petite person and have quite small ears so im not sure why this would happen.

Good value.
Works well for price. Good that one can personalise settings via the app and have a choice of in-ear bud size. Haven’t had a chance to use the noise cancelling for air travel yet and suspect it won’t come near over-ear headphones.

Great sound!
Forget the Sony's... these are way better at a third of the price. Great sound, noise control and battery life.

Probably the top noise cancelling earbuds on the market
I was debating airpod pros, or this. I got to compare the two and the Anker Soundcore Liberty 5's came up on top. In Sound quality, noise cancelling, and batterylife! Another perk is if you wear airpods, someone's gonna want to steal them, but these don't look like airpods at all! These earbuds sound and work great, are a fraction of the price compared to apple, and I actually find it easier to switch between devices, apple or not, than using 1st party apple accessories. I also considered getting over ear headphones for when I really need solid noise cancelling, but these earbuds honestly do such a good job, I don't even think I want to buy over ears. This product is great for people who wear glasses because there's always some level of discomfort with over ear headphones, and typically earbuds don't cancel out the noise as well. This product is totally different and is a lifesaver when I need quiet. I also wear these to bed when because my partner snores. Like, sleep apnea level stuff, and this gets me through it.
